Rental Period and Booking

  • Rents Saturday to Saturday for weekly stays
  • A valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation.
  • A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Arrival/Departure:
    • Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
    • Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm.
    • Check-out is by 10 am.
    • Please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Property Access

  • Electronic entry access.

Parking Information

  • Parking pad and gravel spot for up to four cars, size dependent.
  • No parking on the grass.

  • No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age to rent: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
  • After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Fees and Payments

  • If canceled after 48 hours of booking, more than 60 days out from arrival: $300 cancellation debit applies.
  • If canceled after 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival: no refund unless re-rented, then $300 cancellation debit applies.

Linens and Bedding

  • Linens (sheets and towels) will be wrapped in sealed packages and placed on the end of the beds.
  • Two extra cots in closets: sheets are not automatically provided. Please order extras if you want to use our linen service for cots.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • The downstairs unit does not have an HVAC-designated thermostat. Room temperature is maintained at a comfortable temperature by the upstairs thermostat.
  • The kitchenette in the lower unit has an induction cooktop. Pots and pans provided for the lower unit must remain downstairs. Pots and pans from the upstairs unit will not work in the downstairs kitchen.
